Important Operating Information During COVID-19 Quarantine

The same holds true about our dedicated staff and their families.

With that in mind, our agency has made the very difficult decision to close our office facilities to the general public for the immediate future due to the COVID-19 outbreak. The decision was done in accordance with best practice recommendations handed down from State, Federal, and Health entities for minimizing the potential spread of virus – and even then, after a great deal of contemplation, prayer, and as always, with our customers’ needs in mind.

Although our lobby and offices will not be open to the public, we want to assure you that we are STILL OPEN FOR BUSINESS! Our locations in Zanesville and Newark will be staffed during our normal business hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. During those hours, you can call the Zanesville office at 740.453.0791 or the Newark office at 740.344.9556. We will be able to assist you and, in almost every case, take care of your service request over the phone. Additionally, if you find that you must make your premium payment at one of our physical locations, we will have a staff member that will be able to assist you via a payment passthrough at our front entrances.
